starting a Whole30
so for the next 30 days, I’m going to try to do a Whole30. Not because I’m all OH YAY PALEO HUMANS WEREN’T MEANT TO EAT GRAINS!!! but because, well, I want a structured program that will force me to completely stop dairy again. And I’m going to use this blog to document what I eat.
I will try to up the photography quality too, because some of those last posts were really bugging me. Even though no one reads this except me. LOL
